For a very long time, as far back as I can remember, there was an area of Belfast down by the docks that lay derelict. With tremendous amounts of thought and care it grew into the world renowned Titanic quarter.
Part of the renovation was of the original drawing offices. It was a mighty red brick building which housed the staff of the White Star co, who designed the famous Titanic. It’s now a beautiful hotel with gentle nuanced nods to the time of old and its original heritage.
Alice and Greg decided to host their reception here and it was a brilliant choice. There was mighty variety throughout the day; from a jam packed bustling house where all the girls were getting ready, to the traditionally quaint church in Ballyclare, old school mercedes bus that transported a lot of the Cypriot and Italian guest, right through to the stunning visual impact that the Titanic signature building bestows.
What fun it was to photograph, tons of beautiful energy and gorgeous smiles to capture.
Delve into my latest blog and a little slide of Belfast history. thanks again Alice & Greg.
