This is a wedding I have been really looking forward to blog! Once Caroline and Graham told me the location of their wedding I knew the day would be something really special to photograph and working with such an amazing couple who themselves have an avid interest in photography, made the day a pleasure to be part of. Some times in life are truly awesome and working with my best friend as my second photographer was one of them. Paul was a brilliant help; covering the guys getting ready in the morning and providing a showcase of candid photography throughout the day. It is nice to be able to get the chance to photograph the father of the bride getting ready in the morning and catching those little moments, or in this case unexpected moments as the Turkish barber set his ear on fire (intentionally may I add *wipes sweat from brow*).
The weather held out for us too and with a venue like Castle Ward it was hard not get inspiration for photographs, everywhere! The traditional house acted as a regal backdrop for many of the shots with the interior adding a sense of awesome grandeur. Caroline and Graham walked down the isle to the amazingly talented Lisaire string quartet who never disappoint in creativity and professionalism.
