Some couples are just made for a wedding venues and Alice and Danny matched the Mill at Ballydugan perfectly. They had a simple and beautiful purity to their Swiss – Northern Ireland cross country love.
I always enjoy shooting at Ballyduggan mill and whenever the opportunity arises I try my best to get into that massive wheat field right beside the venue. Its perfect for photos with the uphill, rolling topography and muted green hues. In my opinion, the best time to get married here is peak summer when the trees and field are in full bloom. It’s also really important when doing a shoot like this to be thoughtful of where you are and the fact you are in nature – leave it how you found it!
I also cannot recommend this venue more highly for the staff. They are simply incredible, accommodating and brilliant fun to work with. Being a family run business, you can really tell they care about what they do.
